Established process, quality and management objectives are subject to regular review, ensuring that they remain fit for purpose and, where possible, are used to measure the performance of the business.
Regular monitoring of all statutory and non-statutory regulations and guidance is undertaken to understand and comply with industry requirements relating to our products and services.
Awareness is promoted throughout the organisation, conveying the need to ensure that improvements are identified and implemented where possible.
The Directors have established and implemented this policy and ensure that the Quality Management System is regularly reviewed for adequacy and effectiveness.

To keep updated and relevant to changes by establishing systems to stay informed and adapt to changes in building safety laws and regulations, ensuring completed works leave buildings in compliance with fire safety regulations, and that the selection of materials is considerate of safety standards with a focus on fire resistance, sustainability and durability.
